In case Burning Man festival appeared to be fascinating to you, it is a must to take a look at the planet’s biggest post-apocalyptic festival, Wasteland in the Mojave Desert.
This particular festival has got its inspiration from Mad Max which happens to be a George Millers blockbuster franchise and it sticks to the identical post-apocalyptic concept of an insane world. The region on the east of Bakersfield in California makes an attempt to recreate a similar environment by turning out to be a short-term asylum for a multitude of survivors who compete with each other in the desert resulting in a huge pandemonium for a duration of four days.
One needs to wear costumes while taking care not to do anything undesirable considering the fact that there were as many as 2,500 individuals present at the last festival. While the crowd had much to cheer about in the daytime particularly the deafening noise from the dance pit along with the continuous roar caused by the battle cars, the fires at night did enough to reflect the chaotic ambience. Needless to say, this is an event of a lifetime!
