Pablo Picasso, The Picador (1889–90)
Pablo Picasso, The Picador, 1890
Picasso was always confident about his artwork as he claimed that he never drew like a child, his father, who was a teacher in the art school, asked him to add some final touches to his own paintings. Picasso’s childhood paintings do give up his impressive talent at the early age already. The painting above is the earliest one preserved and was painted when Picasso was 8 years old.
