8. Nazi Memorabilia
In 1934, a copper cylinder was put underground at the Ordensburg Krossinsee that used to be a Nazi training compound. The cylinder was found on Poland’s territory, in the town of Zlocieniec that belonged to Germany before 1945. After opening up the cylinder using a chainsaw, investigators found ominous Nazi tokens that were addressed to Hitler’s followers.
The following items were inside: an authentic Nazi badge, two volumes of Hitler’s “Mein Kampf”, coins, notes and pictures. To everyone’s surprise, all items inside the capsule were in a perfect condition (usually they are damaged because of poor packaging) as they were apparently put there only few days ago.
